Have expierence in all aspects of both front and back of the house. Have lead teams of 50 employees, have catered upwards of 800 guests, have been a guest chef in Bon Appetite, the television show “Inside Alaska” and appeared on Jack Hanah's “Grin and Bear It” on the Discovery channel. I also have cooked for a former president of the United States, and have trained under Master Chef Pete Blair for almost 3 years.
